A 8 year old female child presented with ingestion of a five rupee coin accidentally. X ray showed impacted coin at post cricoid region. As the child has taken food one hour back coin removed endoscopically without sedation.
A 55 year old male presented with c/o jaundice; abdominal distension. He is a chronic alcoholic; last drink 3 days back. On investigating is diagnosed as Chronic Liver Disease. AntiHCV is positive.
