A 6year old female presented after ingestion of 5 rupees coin. following ingestion not able to swallow liquids and solids. Xray chest and abdomen done showing coin in post cricoid region. Under sedation coin removed endoscopically.

 A 55 year old male presented with c/o jaundice; abdominal distension. He is a chronic alcoholic; last drink 3 days back. On investigating is diagnosed as Chronic Liver Disease. AntiHCV is positive. Upper GI Endoscopy showed LARGE VARICES WITH SEVERE PORTAL HYPERTENSIVE GASTROPATHY. Endoscopic Variceal Ligation was done. Endoscopy Images:
