Carcinoma Esophagus


A 60year old female presented with history of difficulty in swallowing since 1month. H/O weight loss of 5kg. On upper GI Endoscopy an ulceroproliferative growth present 25cm from incisors. Biopsy was taken for histopathological examination (HPE). HPE showed evidence of squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus
